    It is about 9;30 A.M. and in the N.O. metroplex it looks more like a scene from the Yukon than South Louisiana . Last time I saw snow in N.O. was Christmas Day in 2004 . I wonder if this is the back side of global warming !!!!!

    Danielssss, Well the temperature been up and down around 20 degree. We will have rain very soon in the next few day, but last monday, it was 40, and the last few days was snowed, and now we look forward to see a temp in 30's and 40's soon, including rain.

    yerba mate is - ok. i ran out of coffee and for the past two days i've been drinking the stuff a friend passed along to me. she thought it tasted too grassy. i think it tastes all right. the mate i'm drinking is from whole foods or someplace like that; it's in tea bags and not loose like you can get it at latino markets, where it looks like a bag of mulch.
