    i got some teriyaki tonight from one of those unlikely food treasure places. there's a convenience store in south bay. right there exactly where the star is. there's a little teriyaki and hamburger annex off to the side of the store. i got the combo chicken and beef (BEEEEEEF!) plate. to go.

    came home to discover we got mad cows in washington state.


    i guess maybe this will be good for my lo carb plans if beef prices drop.
