It's so hot here,I can't stand to use the oven,this is my favorite hot weather dinner. 3 cups of cubed chicken breast,2 cups of red seedles grapes cut in half,1 1/2 cups of sliced celery,1/2 cup of sliced green onion,1/4 cup of chopped walnuts,mix with mayo,salt and a bit of ginger.I like to eat on a wheat pita bread,and a side of my homemade potato salad,that there is good eats:)
