Yes, that is the application that catches emails from or to employees that could be spam, or could include "profanity". We catch around 18,000 emails a day, and 95% is pure spam. I have to go through all those emails and release business related emails that should not have been trapped. I also go through the "profanity" emails. One email had a lot pictures attached to them. I think the title of the email was "bad break ups" or something like that. It had a collection of pictures of cars and boats and trucks that had been spray painted by scorned lovers or spouses. When I was coming home yesterday, I saw this truck, and the first thing I thought of was taking a picture of it and sharing it with my fellow sorajiites. |

Otherwise, I save the best pictures to my hard drive and release the rest. Oh, and BTW. I DO beleive in privacy. Problem is when you are using a company provided desktop or laptop and using a company provided email address and sending it through a company owned smtp server, it ain't your property, and it is anything BUT private. |
