By agatha on Wednesday, August 9, 2000 - 02:48 pm:

this is getting a little creepy.

By Trace on Wednesday, August 9, 2000 - 03:05 pm:

    Why?

By Cat on Wednesday, August 9, 2000 - 04:05 pm:

I'm not sure why Agatha thinks it's creepy. But I know why I find it so...

The reason I like Sorabji is it's randomness, it's lack of any real structure or cohesive force. It's just a bunch of very individual individuals.

Posting people's pics on the one web-site would make it like some sort of club. Yuk!

By Zephyr on Wednesday, August 9, 2000 - 04:20 pm:

    Hahaha!

Yeah. Just the one pic post thread was enough...for me.

By Trace on Wednesday, August 9, 2000 - 04:37 pm:

ok, no problem. we can shut it down

By Kymical on Wednesday, August 9, 2000 - 05:15 pm:

hey the welcome font is on my lastest cd release..

    (shameless plug)

    songs for the summer solctace.

you can order it from lo-bango records.

we will be doing hopefully a repeat if not better performance this thursday at the Curtain Club.

you should all fly from your respective cities to see it happen.
will we play with or without drums? who knows?!
will i get my mack on, up on stage? probably not!

will we be opening for Lift to Experience?
    you better believe it.

By semillama on Wednesday, August 9, 2000 - 06:43 pm:

    Good Luck, Kym!

By Wavydave on Wednesday, August 9, 2000 - 07:36 pm:

I'd post a pic to the sorabji site, but I don't know what I have that semi-up-to-date.
I'll have to check thru my photos and see what I've got - most likely something of me with my beloved trebuchet.

By Mavis on Wednesday, August 9, 2000 - 07:39 pm:

    wavy!
    i missed you!!!

By semillama on Wednesday, August 9, 2000 - 07:46 pm:

    whoops -massive freudian slip there.

By Zephyr on Thursday, August 10, 2000 - 05:03 pm:

    I love the toilet pic!

By Gee on Monday, August 14, 2000 - 11:43 am:

my hair rocks. and it's normal right now, too.

in a couple of weeks I'm going to go get it professionally done back to it's normal color, but maybe bleached in the front so I can pinkasize it. hot dog!

By pamela on Saturday, October 20, 2001 - 02:38 am:

    I want pictures.

Especially pictures of J, or just one picture. B/c I always miss out on all her pictures.

And just to clarify so Nate doesn't send me a whole bunch of random pictures, I want pictures of Sorabjites.

I have these mental pictures of what you all look like, but I am sure they are way off. It's like reading a book except you are real and so I want to see.

    I'm also really bored.

By eri on Saturday, October 20, 2001 - 12:22 pm:

love the pee wee herman cut out. Whats the matter? Scared to show us what you really look like?

    Our family is at thehixons.8m.com

By Dani on Saturday, October 20, 2001 - 12:31 pm:

    Nice family, Trace and Eri.

By pamela on Saturday, October 20, 2001 - 02:37 pm:

Trace and Eri, that is so funny! The Happy Halloween Picture! I had seen that before but didn't know why it was on my screen. I guess I must have clicked a link to it from here and just forgot or something.

My husband loves that picture. He thinks it is hilarious. Just thought I'd let you know. :0 )

By wisper on Sunday, October 21, 2001 - 04:20 am:

hey pam what do i look like in your head?
do i have a pony and nice tits?

    lol

please excuse me, i am sleepy

By pez on Sunday, October 21, 2001 - 04:49 am:

oh man it's 2 am, i have work at noon.

    *groan*

By Dougie on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 09:40 am:

"Scared to show us what you really look like?"

Nah, it's just to protect the innocent. Anywho, if you really need to know what I look like, send me an e-mail. Homestead.com now charges, and I ain't paying to update it.

By Spider on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 09:50 am:

Dougie, your page comes up blank when I go to it. What gives?

By Dougie on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 10:03 am:

Hmm, not too sure Spider. I just tried it and it came up for me. Maybe you're not trying hard enough -- sometimes you've got to "will" the pages into your browser. Anyways, you're not missing much -- just some silly pictures of me in my Peewee Herman mood.

By J on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 10:41 am:

"What gives" for some reason Spider that cracked me up,just like it did when Eddy Haskell on Leave it to Beaver asked Wally"say Sam what gives?".Like he was jive talking, nevermind.

By Czarina on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 11:07 am:

    I never trusted Eddie Haskell.

By eri on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 11:47 am:

Eddie Haskell asked my Mother on a date with his wife and my Father right there at a housewarming party. Yes, it was definately a date and not just a let's hang out and have a drink thing. He is a pig and just like his character in real life and I don't trust him one bit either.

By Czarina on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 12:03 pm:

Eeeeeewwwwwww,he coulda been your father! That would just be NASTY!

I always liked Lumpy.Well, mostly I just liked his name.

By pamela on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 12:18 pm:

yes wisper, you have wonderfully perky breasts! In fact everyone here does (including Nate and Patrick and all the other guys). Sorry, no pony, but you do have a hamster that you wear on your shoulder (but it is on loan from Sem).

By patrick on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 12:25 pm:

    i wanna see wisper's tits.

By Spider on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 12:28 pm:

Patrick, you better slap a muzzle on that piece of evil.

By patrick on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 12:40 pm:

i want to see spider's tits!

your evil is not my evil.

    muzzles are for dogs silly.

By semillama on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 01:26 pm:

Everyone from here is good looking, and that's all you need to know.

    At least everyone I've met.

    Well, at least the ladies.

And I guess Nate is attractive in his own special way.

By Spider on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 01:27 pm:

Hey, I was quoting Space Ghost there. Don't be gross. And only the Son of God knows what I look like in the flesh.

By patrick on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 01:47 pm:

    what exactly is gross?

    ive never watched space ghost.

By Hal on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 02:03 pm:

Wow... So Jesus has seen you naked.

The day I let jesus see me naked without a damn good reason is the day I let him fuck me in the ass too.

By semillama on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 03:01 pm:

I'd take a sauna with Jesus, but he'd have to leave his boxing gloves outside.

And what, Rhiannon, you were born fully clothed? Never took a shower in gym class? What about the man with the x-ray specs?

By Spider on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 04:04 pm:

Never took a shower in gym class.

The last time anyone saw me without a stitch on, I was 12 and my mother had to help me shower because I had injured my neck.

Oh, and Hal, the Good Lord can see you right now.

By semillama on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 06:04 pm:

    You know what's really refreshing?

    Losing body shame.

That's what I like best about saunas.

By patrick on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 06:08 pm:

2 xanax and many snake bites later around the same campfire....we were an inkling away from walking over to the beach to run around naked this past weekend.

    but it was too cold.

By TBone on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 06:09 pm:

    Nakedness is awsome.

We should all party at a nudist colony.

By Hal on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 06:54 pm:

Um somehowthat would be a bad idea.

And Patrick... Are we talkin Snake Bites as in a rattlesnake, or in Yukon Jack and Rosa's?

Spider the good lord can see me find right now and I know that, but I ain't naked, and I don't think he/she pushes the x-ray vision thing too far... As for Jesus, he was a man, simple as that he could turn water in to wine (which I'm sure was a blast at parties) but no where does it mention he had x-ray vision like his father.

God can see me naked all he/she wants, Jesus has to pay for it.

By patrick on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 07:15 pm:

i have no idea what yukon jack and rosa's is.

im talking about the cider/lager combo.

Woodpecker and Harp is a particularly good one.

By Spider on Monday, October 22, 2001 - 08:13 pm:

Jesus is God, Hal. Jesus is God.

Anyway, this Sunday I met my father at a liquor store in Elkton, MD (where gas is $1.09/gallon!) and he bought me some cooking port, drinking port (Sandeman...don't know how good it is but I went to the distillery in Portugal when I was 11, so it has sentimental value), good Madeira, and Bailey's. I'd crack open the port now but I'm alone.

Next time any of you are in the DC/Baltimore area, go east on Rt. 40 as far as you can. The roadside attractions don't end.

By Dougie on Tuesday, October 23, 2001 - 12:26 pm:

Ok, by popular demand, I've got some non-PeeWee-fied pix up here at http://dougieb.freeservers.com/

Please, no making fun of me, and if you need a good web designer, you know where to reach me.

By Spider on Tuesday, October 23, 2001 - 01:08 pm:

Hey, it's Dougie! Wow, you really do look like someone who hates rap.

Where was that fish picture taken?

By agatha on Tuesday, October 23, 2001 - 01:18 pm:

    nice aviator frames.

    sorry, couldn't resist.

other than the glasses, you're a good looking guy.

By Dougie on Tuesday, October 23, 2001 - 03:28 pm:

Jeez, I'll never live that rap thing down.

Spider, the brown trout on the homepage was caught in the Beaverkill River in the Catskills. Most of the boating and fishing pictures on the photos page were
here, north of Long Beach, and the picture at the ocean is in Long Beach.

Thanks agatha. I've had those glasses for 12 years now, and I can still see out them just fine.

By moonit on Tuesday, October 23, 2001 - 04:05 pm:

    'Welcome to My Page!
My mom said I could build a Web site for one of my summer projects instead of watching TV, so I'm putting some of my drawings and favorite things on this site. '

    hehehhe

By Xyrea on Tuesday, October 23, 2001 - 05:29 pm:

No favorite people? How depressing is that?

By Dani on Tuesday, October 23, 2001 - 05:31 pm:

I like the pic of Dougie and his brother.

Beaverkill River...where is that? I lived in Monticello, NY for a couple years and that name sounds realllllly familiar. I also lived in White Lake/ Bethel/ Smallwood NY for a couple years. About 2 miles from the original Woodstock Site.
Beaverkill...is that near Roscoe, NY? Jeff-Youngsville?
    I sure remember that name.

By Dougie on Wednesday, October 24, 2001 - 02:10 pm:

Yeah Dani, the Beaverkill is up by Roscoe, a true flyfishing mecca.

Moonit, as much as I'd like to take credit for the "Welcome to My Page!" thing, I just chose a kid's template for that site, and that was there on the template, so I left it.

By Czarina on Thursday, October 25, 2001 - 10:40 am:

    Nice tongue shot!

By Dougie on Thursday, October 25, 2001 - 11:58 am:

Thanks, Cz. I've always been proud of my tongue.

By J on Thursday, October 25, 2001 - 01:20 pm:

A proud tongue is a healthy tongue.

By moonit on Thursday, October 25, 2001 - 03:20 pm:

You should of taken the credit Dougie.

    Now I'm disappointed.

By Dougie on Thursday, October 25, 2001 - 03:46 pm:

Damn, moonit, sorry to disappoint -- what can I do to make it up?

By moonit on Friday, October 26, 2001 - 03:47 pm:

    send whatchmacallits.

worship me for the goddess that I am.

nah nothing. its okay. i can live with the disappointment.

By Hal on Friday, October 26, 2001 - 05:19 pm:

I'm waiting Moonit for you to email me the new addy so I can send you MT package?

By Platypus on Friday, October 26, 2001 - 09:00 pm:

Ok, so I should send some. Excellent.

By TBone on Friday, October 26, 2001 - 10:53 pm:

Hal lemme know when you've got that put together. I'd like to contribute.

By moonit on Saturday, October 27, 2001 - 12:06 am:
