    Rarely do I go for the "event" recordings. And this is an event. Celine Dion and Luciano Pavarotti. But the moment I heard this song, I swooned. I can't say as I've EVER heard anything more beautiful. I remember the review in the Washington post for Celine's current album. The reviewer came to this song and declared it a novelty much in the lines of Willie Nelson's and Julio Iglasius' "To All the Girls I've Loved Before." I think that was an insult to all parties mentioned.

    While I doubt radio would EVER pick this up, even if released as a single, I think it is a superb choice for singledom.

    I think i will have to wait until perhaps someday i'm sitting in an Italian restaurant and this comes on the sound system.

    But I will go and listen to "If I Didn't Love You I'd Hate You", by Squeeze now.
