This song was written by Bob Dylan & re-recorded by Billy Joel and Garth Brooks. What a random trio. Heh. Anyway, I have only heard Garth's version from my box set (Limited Series) and love it. It was also on the soundtrack of the somewhat recent flick, 'Hope Floats.' (Harry Connick Jr. & Sandra Bullock - 2 of my favs.) I'd love to hear how Dylan did it though.
