    "Son Of A Preacher Man"
By: Springfield Dusty - 'Pulp Fiction' Sndtrk

    Billy-Ray was a Preacher's son,
And when his daddy would visit he'd come along,
When they gathered round and started talking,
Cousin Billy would take me walking,
Through the back yard we'd go walking,
Then he'd look into my eyes,
    Lord knows to my suprise.

The only one who could ever reach me,
Was the son of a preacher man,
The only boy who could ever teach me,
Was the son of a preacher man,
Yes he was, he was, oh yes he was.

    Being good isn't always easy,
No matter how hard I tried,
When he started sweet talking to me,
he'd come tell me everything is alright,
he'd kiss and tell me everything is alright,
Can I get away again tonight?.

The only one who could ever reach me,
Was the son of a preacher man,
The only boy who could ever teach me,
Was the son of a preacher man,
Yes he was, he was, oh yes he was.

    How well I remember,
The look that was in his eyes,
Stealing kisses from me on the sly,
    Taking time to make time,
Telling me that he's all mine,
    Learning from each others knowing,
Looking to see how much we'd grown.

The only one who could ever reach me,
Was the son of a preacher man,
The only boy who could ever teach me,
Was the son of a preacher man,
Yes he was, he was, oh yes he was.

I love this song. I can just picture Uma and
Travolta dancing in the restaraunt. Sitting here
listening to it on MP3, singing along, talking to
our beloved Peejayboy on ICQ and sipping my hot
    cocoa. Ain't life grand? :)

I've got Pulp Fiction on video tape, and I always rewind so I can hear that song over and over again.

You'd think I'd just go out and buy a tape of it.

    That would be too easy.

"Girl, You'll Be A Woman Soon"
By: Urge Overkill - 'Pulp Fiction' Sndtrk

Girl, you'll be a woman soon

I love you so much, can't count all the ways
I'd die for you girl, and all they can say is
    "He's not your kind"
They never get tired of puttin' me down
And I never know when I come around
    What I'm gonna find
Don't let them make up your mind
    Don't you know

Girl, you'll be a woman soon
    Please come take my hand
Girl, you'll be a woman soon
    Soon you'll need a man

I've been misunderstood for all of my life
But what they're sayin', girl, just cuts like a
    knife
    "The boy's no good"
Well, I finally found what I've been looking for
But if they get the chance, they'll end it for
    sure
    Sure they would
Baby, I've done all I could
    Now it's up to you

Girl, you'll be a woman soon
    Please come take my hand
Girl, you'll be a woman soon
    Soon you'll need a man

Girl, you'll be a woman soon
    Please come take my hand
Girl, you'll be a woman soon
Soon, but soon you'll need a man

I have that movie too and love it. There's some
pretty funkybutt scenes goin on in it, but the
music, actors and overall feel of it is pretty
    damn cool.

I have just seen the movie "Pulp Fiction" and I have recently purchased it. I first heard the song "Son of a Preacher Man" during the commercial for the movie on AMC and when I heard the two songs played at the charecter "Mia's" house i have been obsessed. Great job on your site I really would like to know how you figured out all the lyrics to the song and great job on your site. Bye!
