    I rarely drink. I have a couple bottles of wine I bought when the stupid state legislators decided to raise the sales tax on alcohol, and only alcohol, from 6% to 9%.

    Any way - I am depressed. I recently lost an old friend - see post else where about this. I wrecked my car last Wednesday. I have a nasty looking brush burn on my fore arm from the air bag. My wife really really wants to come home from the nursing home. And tells me about it every chance she gets. My air conditioner just died today. And - I have had to retype this whole thing because I hit the wrong key and deleted most of it.

    If the wine was nice and cold I'd say fuck the meds and drink a whole bottle right now!

    Ok. Things are a little better. The air conditioner is fixed. It cost me a thousand bucks for the blasted fan and blower motor. I do have a new car. A Honda Fit. It cost more than I wanted to spend. But, I'm back on the road. And, I won't have to pay for any more repairs on the Saturn. And, it gets lots better gas milage.
