somebody left this one in the staff lounge and i read it on my breaks. it's the only "romance" novel of that ilk that i can recall getting all the way through. Well, maybe one other. or two. this might turn into a confession. anyway, that odious old duke was hot stuff, I still remember him anyway, and i was reading something about reissues of old Barbara Cartlands and may have to look him up... So it wasn't great literature, and you hid the cover in your lap whenever anyone walked in. what trashy pulp stuff has managed to find a place in your secret library? |
