    I found just a few cellular phone for the last two weeks time. I really don't understand why they tossed out the cell fone . Usually I spotted it on the side of the road. Anyone care to explain this to me?

    It was probably used in the commission of a serious crime. Now that you have it, you're a prime suspect in said serious crime.
