i'm a little hesitant to purchase a ticket from them, because I have NO idea if they're any good.

20 hours is a long time on a plane, and i'm not sure if i want comfort, or if i want to share my seat with a goat (or any other livestock that will be accompanying me, because my first reaction to unfamiliar airlines is always to assume my supa-cheap ticket is only available because i'll be loading cargo or herding something)

    am i being anal?
does it make a better adventure when you have to strap yourself down to a crate of chickens in lieu of a seat?

the adventure doesn't begin until you have to strap yourself down to the chicken in lieu of a crate.

I flew Asiana when I went to Korea/Thailand. No goats from what I remember, but we had to sit in the very last row so we couldn't lean back. The thing I liked best about that airline was the movie they showed toward the end of the flight in which a woman leads a series of stretches and the next thing you know everyone on the plane is raising their arms and waving them in unison.
