    i remembered that today, the 4th of november is the 48th 'birthday' of the National Security Agency, an agency dedicated to the proposition that all data is free, and they read it all.

    some friends and i planned to send a copy of Orwell's 1984 and of the constitution (with the 4th amendment highlighted) to the NSA, but those plans fell through.

    we'll have to fall back on plan B, FOIA requests on ourselves and mailing congreesmen to set up a tour of the 'ol Black Chamber.
