    Ok, so Woody Allen gets our attention each and everytime, despite his last 3 or 4 movies being duds.

    Moreover, Woody Allen gets our attention when Larry David & Michael McKeaan are in the cast.

    However we left about halfway through this klunker.

    Its the same woody allen movie we've seen in the last 5 years. You just ache for more Larry David and less woody.

    The lead actress Evan rachael wood over acts and annoys the fuck out of you. Clearly woody was attracted to her which is why she got the part. Its that obvious. Its that gross.

    What is ironic is woody's autoibiographical characters are always self-deprecating and self-loathing characters yet in recent years there is this dynamic of attraction in his movies between the old man character (woody) and the younger girl which is just not realistic and totally delusion. He can see the world in such clear stark terms every other way but when it comes to women he is completely delusional

    Jeez, I can't even remember the last Woody Allen movie I saw. It must have been the one with Mira Sorvino. I remember it always used to be an event when a new Woody Allen movie came out. I always meant to go see him play clarinet too, but never have.

    The last Woody Allen movie I saw was Hannah and Her Sisters and I thought it sucked.Come to think of it,I think Woody Allen sucks and I think he's a perve,but that's just me.
    Last movie I saw was The Hangover and it was hilarious.
    The next movie I want to see is Outrage and it's only showing at one theater in town,and the new Harry Potter movie that comes out next week.

    I don't have access to the spreadsheet of doom.Czarina was just out here last April with her youmgest daughter,her mom is giving her some major grief,She's still in swampland working and racing her horses.She and her sister finally made peace after all these years.I know she's been stressed.

    I get to swampland a couple times a year. But i like Arizona and Florida beaches better. Fewer reptiles. Are you out in Portland area, I think?

    I am teaching in August in AlbNM and then Leavenworth WA, San Fran CA, and Tucson AZ in september.
