    You can not please the demonstrators. Officer Wilson's actions were put before a grand jury.

    A grand jury is where the prosecution presents it's case in order to get an indictment. There is no defense attorney present. The grand jury has to believe that there is at least a 50% chance of getting a conviction for them to issue an indictment.

    It has been said you can get a ham sandwich indicted.

    There was absolutely not enough credible evidence to even send this to trial.
