Have to enjoy some part of my life, clowns scare me more then anything in the world. Now I'm not one to fully belive in the destroy what you fear idealism that seems to be humanites greatest downfall. But for christs sake, clowns are the embodyment of evil, and must be destroyed for the hope of preventing this worlds destruction relies on that fact.

By pez on Tuesday, November 20, 2001 - 08:41 pm:

    hal's list of fears:

    (1) ninja squirrels.
    (2) hobo spiders.
    (3) clowns.

    pez's to-do list:

    (1) find clown with pet hobo spider and ninja squirrel.
    (2) find out postage rates to send said clown to missoula.

By Czarina on Wednesday, November 21, 2001 - 12:40 pm:

There is nothing unreasonable about being afraid of clowns.

There IS a reason they go around wearing disguises.

By Nobu on Friday, November 23, 2001 - 12:16 pm:

Like using dumass names like Czarina.

I recently heard that there are rules regarding sock matching. Like, women have to match their stockings to their skirts/pants in a dressy situation, but match their socks to their shirts in a casual situation. What the - ? I can't deal with that crap.

    you can't buy style

...hmm,well if we are talking HAL 9000,he is still on the dark side of Jupiter, but most of his brain has been shut down.Dave is also lost in cyber space...but why dont the Sorabjis speak of "The Watcher"? why did the Sorabjis nail him to a cross?

By dave. on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 - 07:00 pm:

never pull a cross unless you're gonna use it.

By Dodi on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 - 07:04 pm:

I don't know who Hal is, but I definitely agree with you V. I miss The Watcher's posts and I hope him and his wife are doing well.

By V on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 - 07:14 pm:

Dave, did you find HAL? for some time I thought you were Brothers.

By V on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 - 07:22 pm:

I still dont have an explanation regarding The Watcher, and his demise...you are all side stepping the main issue??? and dont prentend you dont see my postings.

By Dodi on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 - 07:24 pm:

I'm having an excellent day! I worked out and then went shopping. My personal trainer is kicking my butt and I don't think I've ever been so sore...OUCH!!

By V on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 - 07:48 pm:

Dodi, when I used to lift weights, the old black guy in charge was all ways saying "no pain,no gain" right?

By Antigone on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 - 07:59 pm:

Yeah. You're such a pitiful troll it's kind of sad.

    Buh bye.

By Dodi on Tuesday, October 19, 2004 - 08:35 pm:

That's what my trainer says and I hate that! I mean, it's so true, but why does it have to hurt soooooooooooo bad?

your name in the new message lists.

    never leave us.
do not forsake the extra exclamation marks and emoticons.

I don't care what they say about you agatha

I think you're keen and I like keen people.

By kazu on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 02:15 am:

    i like the word "keen"

and i'm pretty keen on the word "der"
to maybe we can get it into the OED like
    "bling"

By moonit on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 02:48 am:

is munted in the OED? I like munted. Australian's don't get the word munted, and you have to explain it to them.

By Gee on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 10:11 am:

I don't know that word. munted. I will seek out an explanation.

    whozzat?

By V on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 06:01 pm:

Dodi, keep working out,I wish I had the time for it,for me its work,sleep,work,sleep,work,sleep,...but now and then I dont sleep for 48 hours,it kills me.

By Dodi on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 06:43 pm:

I just got back from the gym and I really pushed myself today. The big guys in the gym, always give me great advice, so I take it and use it.
I only have to lose 5lbs, so we're working on more definition.

You should spend more time for yourself V! Why do you work so hard, if you have the finances in your favor?

Just go spoil yourself, you deserve it!!

By Nate on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 07:00 pm:

if i had to guess, i'd say that is hal's fiancee

By V on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 08:10 pm:

By kazu on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 08:12 pm:

Why does Hal get to be engaged?

    It's not fair!

    Yes, I am bitter.

By Nate on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 08:30 pm:

you shouldn't be. i've been engaged twice. it's wholly overrated.

By kazu on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 08:32 pm:

it's not really the "being engaged" that I want as
much as i want the reason that we are not to go
    away.

By wisper on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 08:37 pm:

how did i know that Hal's blog would be little but talking about a girlfriend?

    and bragging about Gmail?

    how did i know.

    jesus.

This is what happens without Sorabji.

    p.s.- kazu, marry me? :)

By kazu on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 08:40 pm:

    wisper,

    ok.

By wisper on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 10:04 pm:

    sweet.
    still bitter?

By Dougie on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 - 10:11 pm:

Way to go, Hal! Where's Hal been by the way? How come he never posts here no more?

Yes, must know what the word munted means, moonit. Please, do tell. Gracias d'avance.

By Nate on Thursday, October 21, 2004 - 12:24 am:

    anyone need gmail?

By kazu on Thursday, October 21, 2004 - 12:30 am:

    i'm not bitter anymore.

By agatha on Thursday, October 21, 2004 - 12:34 am:

Is Hal's stuff gone now? Drat, I missed it. Can you guys tell me about it?

    Heather, I love you too.

By wisper on Thursday, October 21, 2004 - 01:10 am:

    Nate-"anyone need gmail?"

yeah, seriously. I need to unload some of these invites. They're handing them out like candy.

By lapis on Thursday, October 21, 2004 - 01:36 am:

i've been telling everyone i know... want one? want one? but they either already have it or won't tell me where to send the invite.

    their loss.

By moonit on Thursday, October 21, 2004 - 03:28 am:

    send me one :)

munted = totally fucked, or completely wasted, or munter - person who is completely fucked or wasted.

    munted.

    say it with me.

By Dodi on Thursday, October 21, 2004 - 12:31 pm:

    munted

By TBone on Wednesday, November 3, 2004 - 02:57 pm:

He is indeed engaged. I waggled his ring at me in person, after introducing her, sort-of.
We ran into each other when Chuck Palahniuk came to town.
And that is indeed her holding up that sign.
