    When someone calls you long distance using an AT&T pre-paid calling card this is the number that appears on your Caller ID, not the actual phone number of the caller.

    Is this number restricted to Georgia? Meaning, if someone in another state has a calling card would this number come up or just calling cards from Georgia? I had this number on my cell phone today too at a time that nobody would have called me AND I don't know anyone from Georgia.
