    How come toenails or fingernails, when they're intact and well-kempt, can be incredibly sexy, and yet when they're lopped off and left on the floor, or in somebody's food, they're frickin nasty and make you wanna gag? Same with hair.

    Although I am fascinated by my cat's toenails that she's shedded and I find around the house. Incredibly sharp and curved and useful -- I can't imagine what a lion's or tiger's must be like.
