    Well, not always, but in the mornings WHEN I REALLY WANT TO BE LISTENING TO JAZZ OR BLUES OR CLASSICAL or something. Maybe even an enlightening show. All I get is the fucking "san luis obispo town and board of supervisors" meeting. And it goes on for hours and hours and is SO FUCKING INANE.

    A skate board park for the town does not need an hour and a half of discussion. Build it or don't build it. I doesn't matter. It's not going to cure your problem with teenagers loitering.
