Since when is the government in the position of judging what we deserve and don't deserve? What we deserve is outlined in our Constitution. Its really a matter of getting the government we were promised. |
Otherwise you really have no right to complain. The least you need to do is be informed on your political leadership. And, vote!!! |

I didn't say anything about not receiving those 'promises', personally anyway. i was only responding to watcher's comments about getting what we deserve, implying that if we don't vote or stay even remotely informed of our leadership we don't deserve much when in fact there is no mention in the Constitution or bill fo Rights about getting less because one doesnt vote or pay attention. |

I was going through some old archaeology reports from when I was doing the homestead survey on Fort McCoy, and I found a photo of the last flag raising at one of the school sites I surveyed. I noticed for the first time that the children were saluting the flag with their arms streched out in the classic "heil" salute. The date of the photograph is 1942. |
